Since 2002, Real Estate Agent Roberto Mercado’s passion for real estate has benefited hundreds of buyers and sellers. During his decades-long career, he’s sold more than 500 homes in San Diego County, flipped multiple properties, and built several new houses. His experience has given him the resilience, courage, and strategy needed to help his clients successfully navigate today’s dynamic real estate market. Valuing relationships above all, Roberto offers his clients personalized service and works relentlessly until they achieve their real estate goals.

Roberto was born in Mexico but has loved living in San Diego since 1995. He immersed himself in the business after graduating from San Diego State University (SDSU) in 2003 with a degree in business administration and economics. He’s also earned certifications in real estate finance, investments, and development, as well as real estate entitlement, development, and design. He received his broker’s license in 2005, and he also has a Mortgage Originator NMLS license.

Before founding Inmobi Properties, Roberto was a top producer at RE/MAX. Throughout his 20-year career, he led several real estate teams and managed a brokerage office with 15 agents. With additional experience in mortgage lending, property management, residential development, and investing, his knowledge spans multiple sectors of the industry. His expertise is in high demand, no doubt because he also has impeccable ethics, persistent attention to detail, and genuine care for his clients.

Away from real estate, Roberto treasures time with his wife and two daughters. His favorite part of each day is taking his daughters to school in the morning. Roberto also enjoys going to the beach, swimming, playing chess, and visiting all the beautiful places and attractions San Diego County has to offer.
